With regard to the purpose referred to in letter a), the processing may be carried out without your consent as necessary for the execution of a contract of which you are a part or for the execution of pre-contractual measures.
With regard to the purpose referred to in letter b), the processing may be carried out without your consent as necessary to fulfill a legal obligation.
With regard to the purposes referred to in letter c), the processing may be carried out without your consent as necessary to pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or third parties, provided that this does not prevail over your fundamental rights and freedoms.
The provision of data is optional, but any refusal makes it impossible for the Data Controller to provide the service.
3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your data may be made accessible to persons (employees and collaborators) specially authorized and trained by the Data Controller.
The personal data collected may be communicated, within the limits strictly pertinent to the obligations, tasks and purposes indicated above, to:

The owner undertakes to entrust the data exclusively to subjects who for technological connotation, experience, ability and reliability provide suitable guarantee of full compliance with the Regulation, with particular regard to data security and respect for the fundamental freedoms of the interested party.
The list of Data Processors provided by you will be made available to you upon request to the Data Controller.
Your personal data will not be disclosed.
4. retention period of personal data
All data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out any obligations, including tax or accounting, connected or deriving from the specific service requested, pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Regulations.
5. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing of personal data concerning you will be carried out according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, to protect your privacy and your rights. The Data Controller also undertakes to process your data in compliance with the "minimization" principle, that is, by acquiring and processing the data limited to what is necessary with respect to the stated purposes. These data will be stored on IT media, on paper and on any other type of suitable medium, in compliance with the Regulation, so as to guarantee an adequate level of security to the risk of the processing (art.32 of the Regulation).
6. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS
We inform you that you have the right to request the Data Controller to access your data (art.15 of the Regulation), correct the data (art.16), delete the data (art.17), limit the processing ( art. 18).
It also has the right to object to data processing (art.21), to data portability (art.20).
Finally, please note that you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you believe that there has been a violation of your data and you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation.
